Rotors with half armor panels.
Sensors and timer blocks used to open and close automatically.

The only suggestion I could give you would be to move the 6 cargo containers closer to the refinery and control tower to avoid having such a long conveyor line.
However kudos for running them along the edge, in case of a bombardement the middle is more likely going to get hit and the converyor line would stay intact ;)
