Actually, if it’s possible could just make the plinth buildable on like rugs are for certain mods, would preventing building a wall over it but most minifiable buildings should be allowed to be built on top of it.

I would say it actually looks fine, the only real thing I think would be a nice addition is removing the wooden crate graphic that minified buildings have. I imagine that might need custom code though.

Instead of just wealth, I would consider items that have a wealth multiplier above 1.0x OR have a beauty multiplier from material (even if default beauty is 0.

i.e. a poor sandstone chess table will give 0 beauty when stored, but poor marble or a good sandstone table will activate the beauty buff.
