Seems like this mod is responsible for getting kicked from multiplayer servers, despite the servers having the mod as well. Malformed packet type 9

Squats, Pushups, Situps: x30
Burpees: x20
Exercise Equipment: x60

Makes for a more forgiving multiplayer run.
