you should be trying to find the "hardware morphs" tf2 characters, they have better face posing, as the other ones are simply the models used in tf2 gameplay, i belive the other ones were made for gmod with better face posing

It was a very great design but it felt difficult to work with the ragdoll due to everything going everywhere
