Desc: Not to be confused with the Flame Thrower, this portable freeze ray is sure to keep your spine chilling even after death!
Stats:
( + ) Freeze enemies using your airblast
( - ) Airblast takes 50 ammo to use
( - ) 25% Less max health on wearer
( - ) Airblast cooldown is 5 seconds

Side ideas: enemies break out if they don't die within 5-10 seconds of being frozen, they can also break out if an enemy pyro thaw them with their flame thrower and they can only be killed with a melee or secondary while frozen. pyros are most susceptible to the airblast. spys are least susceptible. (btw the flames or frost work like normal its just a different particle. new achievement for when you freeze a spy with the spy-cicle within 5 seconds of them stabbing you) I know it seems kind of op once you think about it, but i still think its a good idea :)

Instead of burn with fire - freeze (or slow) the target on hit hurting and slowing them down. Ditto the Liquid Nitrogen Thrower - Maybe a nice frost effect coming from the gun looking like the MediGun but colored light blue and white to go with the ensemble. The Ice-Creams could be thrown like grenades and spat on the ground and stay for a period of time - when enemy steps on one they Temporarily freeze for a short amount of time. Looks like a Great Summer Fun Package!

This set is so appropriate for the season. And it's not overly done. Kudos my good man.

We need a LIQUID NITROGEN THROWER. No afterburn, but they get slower after contact, and freeze in concentrated stream. And then a taunt to go with mocking the frozen person if you have the whole kit.

To put the cherry on top- flames turn blue. Thing it'd be a neat little feature for this cool collection.
