Can you help?
At the beginning, as Eagle, I followed fighter planes, helicopters and mechanized troops to quickly break the town's defense lines, killing a lot of living forces.
Just when we immediately broke down the last stronghold and thought that we had a chance to win, Raven unexpectedly occupied the base behind us and destroyed the Eagle's bomber that stopped them. Although the remaining number of Raven is less than half of us at this time, they still pulled back the situation with their own vehicles, making us finally defeated.
Although I lost in the end, I was excited about such a tortuous battle.
not the vehicles that can be driven
As for legacy I'd say don't waste your time, 26 will be stable soon making a lot of effort for nothing. Frankly I don't know why anyone is running Legacy at this point. the 2017 builds are unplayable with the "no-threading" stutter and other issues. At least now finally the game is using some real threading and scheduling and doesn't stutter every 5 seconds (freaking loop timer garbage).
Don't get me wrong 26 breaks a lot. My fav gun is now garbage as most scoped guns do not zero anymore on 2020 build 26 but it's all growing pains until it's not.
My issue right now is building in 2020 with the 2020 tools navgraph completely ignores anything with a mesh collider. So you can't add models and have the AI interact correctly. They just walk and shoot through everything while the player IS beholden to the objects.
@TTVMCNUGGETSAUCE the Fuschia bug issue is yeah, platform disparity. Normally you can just not use DX shaders and things will work on all 3 platforms. There are some caveats to this if an effect or shader is triggered after the map start conditions. However when I was exporting from 2020 I noticed normal things that exported cross platform were broken meaning the platform disparity will get worse. However if you're still building in 2017 you can just change the shaders on the materials you used for your cars and foliage and the map should be cross platform compliant. *should* i.e. I'm not even sure how you build with the old Unity and tools for the 2020 build so that might introduce some odd problems in itself.
2017 branch doesn't install anymore it's too old and the libs/dependancies are long gone. I actually attempted to set up an old install in a VM and make an AppImage so I could continue / finish my current maps and do some bug fixing but I never could get all the dependencies working.
