TF, not to be sexist but imagine a gold mine with only women in it or a forest and only females are chopping wood... There is a reason why males worked in mines in the past, you need a strong body and a lot of endurance to do this work right. And before people start hating on me, think about logic first before getting all political and sjw pls.

Possibly might be due to the atlantean being a hero.

Reads femslash/Has no friends the hero atlanteans being huge is on purpose.

This is really only in the case of wanting to make an amazon society. If you really wanna play gender roles you can sort all the males into mining/lumberjacking/building and all the females into farming/praying/looking pretty. While having useless female villies standing outside your house structures and purposely killing your villagers because your TC didn't produce the right gendered miner is not good strategy at all, chances are if you're that strict on gender roles you wouldn't have enough brainpower to make it past classical age anyways.

Make a mod where the men are villagers & the women are everything else (excepting myth units when necessary).

I dont think this mod is very supportive to womens equal rights and is reinforcing the mesgonistic view that women cant be warriors too or that men shouldnt skin pigs/pick berries/chop trees/fish and just kill instead.

actually females have more stamine than men because of their fat storage at their breasts. Men have impulsive high strenght, but can easily be exhausted. As long as no other thread to their life women can resist starvation and dehidration longer.

@Phuntsok, actually, I was being sarcastic. I hate people telling women belong to kitchen, I tell them they have Oedipus complex. Anyway, men tend to be stronger and have more stamina than women, so yeah, it would kind of make sense for men to be faster at gathering wood and gold.
Anyway, the mod could in a way make the game more "realistic", because if there was a war raging the men would most likely be fighting... Otherwise I don't get why one would want this mod.
The animation differences could actually affect the gather speed, but I don't think that it is so because the villager gender is normally random.
