it sets a persistent effect group on the player and I didn't add a way to remove it

If you uninstall this mod after the ghost starts following you and you have the mod that makes it killable, will you be safe after killing it with the mod uninstalled?

Is there a way to remove the ghost manually using the save file?
Like, is there some code added that I would need to remove?

I was wondering when someone would make a mod like this. Good work. However, I have one question: according to the description, the ghost will chase you regardless of how much fuel you're carrying. Does that also mean that it will chase you if you're not carrying any fuel at all?
