I've done a few playthroughs now. Besides some of the more minor mods not always working and not being able to play the Ottomans, everything works pretty well. The only major issue for me is that it's pretty unplayable when I get into the 1600s. It just runs way too slow. For reference, my specs are a ryzen 5 3600 and an RX 5700 XT GPU.

I was able to do a playthrough with Florence just fine, but whenever I tried to do a run with the ottomans, for some reason, I just started crashing early on.

Just a heads up, the playlist export doesn't include the mods policy slots extended and defender of faith for certain religions and genders.
