1.6?
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 6. juli kl. 14:55
no, the error says that there's a duplicate 'bone amount=0' tag, it doesn't really do anything but it probably should be a conditional instead

@Holgast
LOG! https://gist.github.com/HugsLibRecordKeeper/3be9d3187f34519e4a22b16d2a0ad4f2

Something about a missing reference to Toxic Environment Resistance?
I'll have to look into it further, because I found another red error with this mod and another mod; I was testing to find a glitch with Medieval Overhaul, and I was testing a bunch of mods together and reporting every red error I found.
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 17. juli 2024 kl. 14:53
yeah, it could be an issue with that mod, this one sets the global RoM bone rate to 0. I will have to look into it when I have time

Unsure if this has to do with Butcher Rotten compatibility issues, but it mainly happens when a colonist butchers a rotten or desiccated corpse.
gunns22 17. juli 2024 kl. 6:44
Um... I'm still getting Rim of Madness Bone drops from butchering. This wouldn't be a problem if everything else in the mod worked fine, but since all the crafting recipes use Medieval Overhaul Bones, Rim of Madness Bones are useless except for building stuffed walls.
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 2. juli 2024 kl. 4:00
It should be fine, I don't believe it changes any of the recipes

Does this work with the (Unofficial) Medieval Overhaul 1.5 mod?
Bananabob 7. juni 2024 kl. 16:04
thanks by the time ive made it through my mod list you'll probably be done updating this lol
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 7. juni 2024 kl. 15:22
ah rom is updated now, yeah I can put it on the trello
Bananabob 7. juni 2024 kl. 15:21
any update planned for this?
Kaies 12. sep. 2023 kl. 8:44
If I install this midsave will it convert anything using rim of madness bones?
Betute 24. apr. 2023 kl. 21:15
Ugh, tough luck
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 24. apr. 2023 kl. 18:04
hey, I have thought about this, but there isn't a way in XML that I know of to remove Outland's bones or tweak a setting to change drop rate to 0 like RoM has
Betute 24. apr. 2023 kl. 6:40
Hello, can you add a patch for bones from the Outland series? So, instead of dropping both bones, it only drops MO's? Thanks in advance
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 18. dec. 2022 kl. 2:56
ah, they are both in 1.4 now aren't they. I think it should work fine as is, tbh?
Rex705 18. dec. 2022 kl. 2:24
1.4?
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 12. nov. 2022 kl. 3:38
It looks like Primitive Tools adds a bone knife, but it should recognise this mod is on and only use RoM bones if not :P
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 12. nov. 2022 kl. 3:30
haha, I'd be happy to add it once we know what mod adds it
Nanoro 12. nov. 2022 kl. 3:23
Oh, damn - it could be? If that's the case then my mistake, I've got a /lot/ of things modded for medieval level. Either way that seems to be a bit of a rub when using Rim of Madness and MO.

Don't suppose you've got any patching planned for this exact situation, lol?
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 11. nov. 2022 kl. 16:16
ok weird, I didn't make any changes to a bone knife at all, and I'm not finding one in MO files, unless it's a non steam version. is it perhaps added by another mod like primitive weapons?
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 11. nov. 2022 kl. 16:00
looks like MO hasn't been updated in 6 months, so I must have just forgot about it :P
Nanoro 11. nov. 2022 kl. 6:09
Unfortunately, it's not a stuffable item. My game does state it as originating from MO, maybe it's a newer addition?
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 10. nov. 2022 kl. 13:42
Weird 😂 yeah I'll have a look at it later. that said, I don't recall 'bone knife' being a separate item in MO, if it's stuffable that would mean you can use either
Nanoro 10. nov. 2022 kl. 9:35
Hey, could a small update be made to this? There's at least one thing not covered by the mod - bone knives for some reason use RoM bones rather than MO, despite being /from/ MO.
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 16. apr. 2022 kl. 6:19
I didn't touch any of that, it's all dependent on the original mod. 🤷🏼‍♀️
MercuryDoll 16. apr. 2022 kl. 5:56
One suggestion: Make the research for bone refining medieval tech and not dependent on biofuel refining.
PORCINE DRIED BLOOD MEAL 31. dec. 2021 kl. 2:52
YAAAY, FINALLY! Thanks for making this!
Alleykat 27. dec. 2021 kl. 14:13
Thanks for making this, will try it today!
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 26. dec. 2021 kl. 6:00
Thanks, should be fixed now?
Holgast  [ophavsmand] 26. dec. 2021 kl. 5:54
aww crumbs I'll have to look into that. Very weird, didn't come up in testing
Nukular Power 26. dec. 2021 kl. 3:41
seems to be throwing a compat error as its lookign for dependency "rim of madness - bones" without caps rather than Rim of Madness - Bones
Chicago Ted 26. dec. 2021 kl. 3:41
Hello, it looks like you confused the packageID and displayname with each other in the about.xml as far as the bones mod is concerned, which means that it's throwing a harmless error.
Nukular Power 26. dec. 2021 kl. 3:38
thank god, been praying for this for so long
