Saw the complaints about her fully charged dspecial and tried it out, couldn't score a kill with it even at relatively high %s against the likes of Wrastor who's one of the lightest characters in base game.
So yeah idk what people are talking about here
It's a shame because she'd be one of my favorite characters to use if it weren't for that. The move is extremely easy to get & extremely easy to land so for it to be a 1-hit kill in nearly every situation just doesn't make sense.

If Lucy down airs on a floor hazard like Pepsi Man's Pepsi puddles or the grass in World Tournament, she gets hurt even though only her cane touched it. I think it'd be cool if she could safely bounce across hazards instead even though it would rarely come up.
