I like the new heavy cosmedics

they make heavy look more like a chill guy like just look at heavy tourism

or the Siberian Sweater and the Apparatchik's Apparel with the Outdoorsman

First off, I like this item, VALVE ADD THIS! Second, this gives me an idea for a new set of "gloves" for Heavy. The "Turkey Striker" (name unimportant), which is where the heavy is holding a bowling ball in each hand and they are "strapped" to his hands.

Stats: Upon each successful kill, the Heavy gets a short burst of speed similar to the Soldier's Disciplinary Action, but if he chains 2 kills, the 3rd boost is longer and a guaranteed crit if you hit someone with it.
----- Downsides? Unknown, this is just an idea I'm throwing out there, if someone wants to make it, that'd be cool.

What are you saying? The importer lets you have two different textures for each team as well as having different colors apply though the paint's alpha channel for each team.

Thank you everyone for your kind help and suggestions. As requested, I've changed the shirt to work with team colors and gave this its proper graphic design. Is there really no way to have some parts default to team colors and others paintable?

@crazy-g, Yeah, man, it had me pacing on the decision, but it came down to not the need to have a workshop item in game but I couldn't stand the inefficiency of deleting three finished designs! Thank you for being an awesome workshop coworker! ;) I particularly love your Head Pin design for it's attitude and your shirt design was smarter. I had fits trying to weight mine!

Thanks everyone, I'm continuing to update the other two items' graphics to show how they paint and present them now that I'm not scrambling to post.

Finn. i suggist you should Make the shirt team colored. They Covor the most importent parts of heavy. it would cause Team confusion

Pretty nice, but I'd suggest having a render showing the original texture, and an alternate screenshot showing it's paintability. I almost was about to comment asking why it was green until I read the description.

If you guys read the description, you'd see that he's planning on some stuff.

Also, Finnigan, go ahead and finish the set. The general rule in the TF2 modeling world is 'let the best item win', so people don't generally care if you upload something similar to their item. Hell, in the past people have uploaded more than one item based on the same concept, just as a sort of competition.

Yeah, it's been pointed out already, you NEED to make the shirt mostly team coloured as that's the main way you tell what team the heavy is in. Making the lighter areas of the shirt paintable would still be a problem as well since it would still make a majoirty of him a different colour

You need to make it Team Colored or no one will know what team the heavy is, there is not a ounce of teamcoloring anywere besides the slight difference in pants

If it was made paintable in a fashion that kept team-coloured parts, i.e. a paintable stripe/logo, etc on the shirt, that might work better.

The shirt wouldn't be accepted in-game if it's paintable, and green by default (judging from the picture). It completely messes with the Heavy's team colouring. A non-paintable, team-coloured version might fair better however.
