Inside the radio there is a light source with zero values, it has a sound source that plays music. Check it out in the editor, you won't be confused :)

No, the map was originally conceived as it is. If you want to make a summer version, you can make a local copy of the map on your PC, remove snow and remove New Year's attributes.

If you really want an update so much, then you can make a local copy to your PC and do this update yourself (it may sound rude, but I'm writing this in a good way

). I have no desire to make mods for the game, there is no time for it

As far as I remember, all vehicles used on the map are vehicles from the original game. Search in the workshop Vehicle Spawner mod.
