@Darf Hey Darf, could I contact you about what buildings you're working on in Detroit? I was planning on doing some, and I wouldn't want to duplicate anything you have in the works (i.e. Fisher Building and other landmarks ;)

First of all amazing model! But I'm having trouble using it, when placing it a sub-building says that there's no road connection. Should I just ignore it? Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, love the building, though very complex. It actually has a twin in Buenos Aires. Palacio Barolo.
