Try disabling all other addons but this one to see if that works. You may have a model conflict.

make sure you dont have any other shotgun reskin addons.
this includes.
reanimations
weapon replacements
weapon replacment packs
and make sure to reset your game after installing or uninstalling any reskin.

I know this is old but c-hands aren't working with this one. Only default shotgun is visible. Worldmodel is fine.

Make sure to reset your game after subscribing. If that doesn’t work make sure to have no other weapon replacements

It's not the Stalker model, they're both modelled after the same gun so they're going to look similar
