Yes but still wont be abble to bring the animations in to the current leech, i could use the hl source leech but it look horendous .. so no we will stick will hl2 leechs for this

No its impossible to do that.. without source code of the base game (bm).. but we will figure a way to make them die and get into ragdoll state as soon as you shoot or hit them ( i mean i found the way already but it will take time to rename them one by one and make them die but it will be update one day or another!)

Yea, similar to what @unoriginal person said, Leeches were removed from Black Mesa was because playtesters had a difficult time killing them since they're extremely small.

To much complicated since bm dev decided we cant have source code so no real way of putting real npc in the game, they are prop dynamic (other then that i would have do it) it would take to much effort for not much to make them move like hl1 even though the result might not be perfect, and since they dosent have thoses animations in hl2 it would be even harder, thats why we will stick with the hl2 animations, But yeah one more update before this is final, We will make them killable!
