this rise is like a third try on her, wish i could show my earlier attempts but steam comments have no attachments, wahah
the first two are super scuffed, the first one especially looks super silly and not like rise at all, but i'm glad i got the hang of it eventually
i'm curious to see what your mod looks like once you finish it! don't have time to play isaac as often as i did before, but i always love to see different mods, people pouring their creativity and skills into the game they like is one of my favorite things ever

Thank you. I actually kind of found a super easy guide made by one of the Repentance devs so I found my answer, but yeah, I am slowly working on my mod. It is quite fun since I never really did pixel art before this but with my other skills in using my preferred art programs it's surprisingly been easy and fun to learn.

hi! sorry for the late reply, i don't check my mods often as of late
i did all of the assets in paint tool sai 2 using the binary brush, basically the default pixel brush for the app
the preview image was also done in sai2, just with a regular brush :3

Out of curiosity, how did you make this? As in, what program did you use for the art and such?

I'm honestly tempted to try my hand at making a Marie as Eve mod, but I have never made a mod before although I am getting pretty skilled with paint/image programs such as Krita.

I literally wasn't looking for this. I looked for a different mod. Then I saw 'Rise over Bethany'. I was wondering what that could possibly mean because of my dumb American pronunciation. I'm glad I was too stupid to understand, because I happen to be the like, biggest SMT / Persona fan. Cool.

I was trying to make Tainted Beth a mix of Shadow Rise's and Alt. Bethany's designs... but it ended up looking more of a Tainted Bethany with another hairstyle since I don't like adding clothes to Isaac characters and changing eye color isn't my thing either. Probably gonna edit the sprites a bit later to make Tainted Rise look more like her Shadow version -w-
