The zombie guard chest gib is bugged. I tested to see if I have any conflicts by removing everything else from my custom folder (except for BMCE & BMCE:R related files of course) and it still looks the same

Okay so i tested it out, after i compeletely deleted all of my mods and played BMCE first, then with BMCER, and after with BMCERA game finally loaded HECU textures, so problem solved ig

I did try both Romka and BMCE HECU, Doesn't work, also, by saying correct version, you mean HECU misc files?

@SlowCMPLTR Make sure you installed correct version of BMCE, you will need the BMCE HECU version.

so i did fix the issue, scientists have random clothing, though, HECU Soldiers have no textures on goggles

Why i can't see first response team members,Robots or agents during my gameplay? Every guard i stumble upon is the normal one.I suspect that i might be because i have some mods conflicting with BMCER but im not sure

Scientist hiding alongside a lady scientist in Office Complex. In BMCER they are however an office workers.

@SlowCMPLTR If you are seeing mostly just scientists with labcoats, then I beg to differ. You most likely either installed it incorrectly or have conflicting mods. Clifford is scripted to appear as office worker when using Chapter Overhauls so him appearing as one doesnt prove anything.

it does work, i can see the custom nametags, one npc with clothes different than labcoat is clifford from office complex

@^Doctor Primrose^ They arent that common. At the moment there is exactly one HEV scientist and four HEV guards that always appear, any other appearance of HEV personnel outside of Xen is completely random

@larsperkele Install the latest version of the mod, I dont know how you even got that model since I made sure it doesnt get included in the public builds and its not present in current public build. if that doesnt work, do you use any other mods changing these models?

@Sztogii Global_actors is used to define gender of a models, mostly used for voiceline stuff (to specify if HECU should use filtered or non filtered voiceline depending on if they have gasmask or not for example). Character_manifest is used to control the appearances of certain NPC types during the game, including all human NPCs. This file can be easily modified but is also extremely easy to break so edit it at your own risk. In BMCER large majority of BMRF staff are scripted with that file to use certain appearances to avoid unfitting character placements full randomization would bring, meanwhile HECU remain largely randomized.

I keep seeing the bottom half of scientist zombies as a missing texture when cut in half, best example is the laser in unforeseen consequences.

i always used BMCE and BMCER everytime when i played black mesa but i also wondered how does that global_actors and character_manifest script work. Like do these models are always randomized everytime i start a new game or are they just Choosen by script but with randomized gear or other stuff? and can the files be customized by user so the model that he wants will apear in game?

@... This mod doesnt add new zombies just yet since this requires replacing maps, it just updates the already existing ones. If you arent seeing the updates zombies in general make sure you arent using any conflicting mods

Hey, I have a quick question:

On the security guard arm where there is like the US patch and Security division patch, why is it low quality? Was it performance issues or something??? Just wondering
