to clarify, the icons are offset and not showing up on the right things, so they must have added some new icons that offset the gfx dimensions

For newer players, seeing "made for an older version" isn't a good thing considering the preaching on discord is to avoid the triangle.
Isn't there a way to change the version string to not whine every single patch? (Especially with this type of mod.)

hmm only the versions number would change....

I think these still work, but has there been a version bump planned?

Gigastructural Engineering was updated yesterday.
They have adjusted the map icons yesterday! So I haven't been able to do anything so far.
I have now replaced it.

Not sure if its just this mod as I run with many but I noticed that a couple days ago the icons were misaligned and when i looked at the files of Gigas and this mod the horizontal widths of the ship_classes and ship_classes_medium files in the icons folder don't match. If it was CK3 I'd just fix it myself but i'm not really sure how everything works for modding Stellaris.

Yeah, I gave it go again myself, turns out I had downloaded the Gigastructural Engineering one and not the combined patch one for NSC2. Just a mistake on my end, didn't realise there was even an NSC2 one :P Thanks for replying anyhow

You don't need "Colored Map Icons"!
Only this mod here....."Colored Map Icons Gigastructural Engineering".
Load order:
"Gigastructural Engineering & more"
"Colored Map Icons Gigastructural Engineering"

Suddenly broken, haven't changed a thing with my mods or mod loader - the icons are like, misplaced and out of their bounds if that makes sense

I just subscribed to it. Steam downloads everything as it should be.

Every time I try to download it gets stuck in an infinite loop. Steam says "Missing Installed files". For testing, I tried it with the NSC2 version and the same thing happened. I think Steam lost your files.

You have to tell me if nothing works here.

Not sure why, but this seems to not be working anymore. Even tried to dump my appdata/mod folders as well as a verify. Your other one without giga works fine.
