It crashes unless I disable the 'Waves' mod. Try that, maybe it'll help!

If it is crashing, uninstall birds and flocks hearthfire edition. If you have hearthfire installed it is something else.

I subscribed to all and it just crashed right as it got to the main menu. I disabled all then tried again, still no dice.
