Man, I hope this gets updated soon. I just downloaded it and Stellaris wouldn't load probably because the current version of the game is 4.0+. I would think it would have potential to make a great part of role-playing a Panem(from the Hunger Games)-like country.

I would eliminate the requirement of having slave planets, in my opinion, it is enough with one that has slaves in its empire.

Just curious, does this mod add event where your admiral can die out of duel? Or am I confusing this event with another mod?
