I think it's okay but I think the texture could be adjusted. Having the scout icon on it takes away something from it. Also I'm not 100% certain where you got the yellow and green, but there are some standard color templates that TF2 uses, try finding those, they'd probably work better. Otherwise not bad.

Maybe you could do a type that as well as a water bottle in the, there was also "Bonk!", and "Crit-A-Cola", so that if you had this item equipped, and when you don't have Bonk/Crit in hand, they could be there?

It would be cool if you had a Bonk! Drink in the secondary slot, or the crit o cola, and it showed up in the spot of the water bottle...
