The building is wonderful! But the textures leave something to be desired. I wouldn't mind sacrificing a few megabytes of RAM to have this beauty in my city if the textures had a better quality. I know it's hard to reconcile a good model with high quality textures, but some models deserve to be a little heavier. But even so, it's very nice!
