Well designed on the initiative front, unfortunately it is still a little too easy even after the changes. The Insurgents just keep don't flank enough to force you to leave you to leave your precious Oil Derricks, so you just wait them out. I played on Brutal with no advisors, and I won first try.

Hmm. I may remove a few more oil derricks then, or perhaps increase the amount of corruption gained. Thanks for the feedback!

Played it on Brutal, was way too easy. A lot of money and only slight corruption problems.
Maybe the insurgents should be stronger?

Balancing the scenario I think could be a bit difficult, since there's a line between having too much money and steamrolling the insurgents, or having too little and feeling like there can never be enough. I figured the corruption for lowered costs may be something interesting to play with. I may remove an oil derrick or two then.

Good concept! I liked the scenario overall. That said, it was a little bit easy. The oil derricks gave me plenty of money on their own, and I consistently had more than enough cash during the scenario.
