@Mike another vanilla bug -_- fix that by fully restarting the game and rejoining the server. Again, if you want it fixed I would ask you go bug OWI with the rest of us...

I had another problem, when I manually changed to the Modded layer it was stuck on loading screen infinitely.

@Mike That is unfortunately a vanilla bug that has affected modding, all modding servers start on a vanilla map no matter what. Simply AdminChangeLayer to the desired layer and the rotation should take effect if you set it up properly. Also, please give your feedback to OWI that it needs fixed!! :D

I did, followed the steps but the server keeps launching with a random default map.
even when im using a specific list of layers and maps...
