Confliction issue then. Just try disabling addons to find out which one is breaking your fast zombie model.

i don't need to show a screenshot, the fast zombies textures are legit stretched across the map and the fast zombie has invisible parts of the texture

@Sonic With Drip It should attack you when it wakes up. I don;t know how it could bug out, but I'll double check my code.

for some reason when i place an attacking npc, it wont attack me even though i have both games mounted

finally i got the orange box bundle with includes (Half-Life: 2. Half-Life 2, Episode 1 and 2 and then portal but i already haves team fortress 2 so lezzzz goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Do you have Sleeping NPCs v2.2 installed? If you do and it still doesn't work its a confliction error, likely. It works fine for me and other people

I have managed to create a somewhat working running zombie. It still needs some bugfixing (e.g. for some reason spawning it with Ignore Players on completely breaks it) so that should be out soon!
