Report a translation problem
This mod has no issues with 4.1 version. Game hasn't changed anything from 4.0 to 4.1 versions that this mod touches. You can see that from previous comments and lack of complaint for bugs.
If you have a bug, report it. Otherwise, it's not a good behaviour to bother the Mod Creator for a simple mod descriptor version update.
This is nonsense my empire is the most powerful in the galaxy by far. I'm currently crushing my 3rd awakened empire.

2.用二分法检查什么mod有问题,或者在SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990里搜索action_leave_federation再找到含这个改动的mod的descriptor来知晓这是什么mod。

AI退邦联应该不是mod导致的,这个mod是我最开始加的几个mod但是也是建立邦联就退,呃,我还是检查一下文件吧;

2.我写了ai如果不灾飞不会退邦联,你检查下是不是什么mod冲突导致的吧,在文件里搜索action_leave_federation。
3.帝国联邦完全提升后可以支持全部6个机构满级。
还有星海帝国,帝国联邦,玩家的帝国治理都几乎溢出了但是帝国机构却有数量限制,这一点甚至不如银河邦联了,能不能玩家帝国治理每加1w帝国联邦可支持机构+1

继承经验还是算了,银河邦联也没有继承,毕竟本质上前后两个联邦是不同的东西。以及现在加联邦经验的领袖特质很多,联邦经验增长得很快,养成一个普通联邦远不需要两百年,帝国联邦所需经验更低就更快了。
如果能修好联邦豁免和联邦豁免的其他问题,我觉得能不能搞一个帝国联邦成立时继承联邦豁免所豁免的联邦的等级和经验,法律法规不继承,毕竟是整合度,整合还得慢慢整合,然后惩罚就是联邦等级降一级团结度扣100。(因为个人觉得两百年养一个五级联邦太慢了还没等联邦满级解锁星海一统游戏就结束了
