This mod has no issues with 4.1 version. Game hasn't changed anything from 4.0 to 4.1 versions that this mod touches. You can see that from previous comments and lack of complaint for bugs.

If you have a bug, report it. Otherwise, it's not a good behaviour to bother the Mod Creator for a simple mod descriptor version update.

What happens when you become the Emperor while having the Galactic Confederation? Does it change type from it into Imperial Federation?

Something weird is happening. I went from being on the council as the most powerful civ by far to not being on the council with a power rating of 0 on galactic politics.
This is nonsense my empire is the most powerful in the galaxy by far. I'm currently crushing my 3rd awakened empire.

Is there a way to restore the cooldowns to the vanilla default length? I'm personally not a fan and would love to slow it down some. I think it moves too fast

@呱呱_OvO 1.检查一下邦联还是不是邦联吧。在场上不存在邦联的时候这个议案会自动取消。此外还可以检查一下有没有什么来自别的mod的事件把所有成员变成附庸的,这个可能也会导致瞬时的所有成员离开邦联。
2.用二分法检查什么mod有问题,或者在SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990里搜索action_leave_federation再找到含这个改动的mod的descriptor来知晓这是什么mod。
我这里单开本mod是没有遇到你说的问题的。

邦联存在,议案不生效;
AI退邦联应该不是mod导致的,这个mod是我最开始加的几个mod但是也是建立邦联就退,呃,我还是检查一下文件吧;
帝国联邦完全升级之后可以支持啊.......

2.我写了ai如果不灾飞不会退邦联,你检查下是不是什么mod冲突导致的吧,在文件里搜索action_leave_federation。
3.帝国联邦完全提升后可以支持全部6个机构满级。

哦还有和平视窗计划,正常国家就是法案生效也依然可以用存在抹除的理由宣战,因为这一点导致我启用和平视窗计划后银河诸国打的更激烈了......

主包主包,建立银河邦联后建立银河邦联法案依旧是非生效状态,导致不能更进一步扩充泛星系防卫军,还有,能不能添加一个外交关系修正 同为银河邦联成员 +1000 ,每次建了银河邦联因为之前宿敌的问题退一堆,一点不给监管人面子(我建立银河邦联的档中一般跟关系都处的很不错),建了邦联后应该摒弃前嫌共同建设银河啊,如果有了这个外交修正还退,那没法了...能不能让退出的叼毛不能享受到银河邦联机构的增益
还有星海帝国,帝国联邦,玩家的帝国治理都几乎溢出了但是帝国机构却有数量限制,这一点甚至不如银河邦联了,能不能玩家帝国治理每加1w帝国联邦可支持机构+1
我记得我还有其他想法...我再想想,好像有点忘了qwq

If we succeed in unifying the Imperium but choose to keep member states borders, they should auto change into the Imperial Senator vassal contract and get renamed into "Capital World Sector". Don't know how feasible that last part is but it would help denote that the member states are now integrated into the Imperial system.

@Avan Yes, it was intentional, but I don't think it's a big problem. You have room to deal with this issue.
In fact, unifying the imperium means winning the game, so I cannot guarantee whether the game still can be played normally after that. But if you have any suggestions, I will consider whether they can be added to the mod.

I don't know if this is intentional but I got over 100 new leaders and a ton of fleets after passing the unification of the imperium and selecting the maintain status quo option. It's a real task trying to disband 100 construction ships and dismiss 80 governors

@呱呱_OvO 联邦豁免仅是让皇帝和皇帝的盟友不触发退出联邦事件,你说的情况是什么原因我没明白。
继承经验还是算了,银河邦联也没有继承,毕竟本质上前后两个联邦是不同的东西。以及现在加联邦经验的领袖特质很多,联邦经验增长得很快,养成一个普通联邦远不需要两百年,帝国联邦所需经验更低就更快了。

联邦豁免生效了但是还是有问题,联邦豁免会让联邦中附庸成员退出联邦(星海帝国成员国无法加入联邦),非附庸成员退出星海帝国。我觉得要不还是把联邦豁免去掉吧,不然我觉得改机制可能会导致更多bug,蠢驴搞得机制,谁知道呢
如果能修好联邦豁免和联邦豁免的其他问题,我觉得能不能搞一个帝国联邦成立时继承联邦豁免所豁免的联邦的等级和经验,法律法规不继承,毕竟是整合度,整合还得慢慢整合,然后惩罚就是联邦等级降一级团结度扣100。(因为个人觉得两百年养一个五级联邦太慢了还没等联邦满级解锁星海一统游戏就结束了

啊,对不起啊这两天的存档没当上监管人忘了回来回消息,联邦豁免法案和你给的控制台指令(未选中任何物体)确实没有用,还是所有人都退出了联邦
