Yeah I was thinking you could have a white dress in the main dds texture as the base and colour the alpha channel with lower opacity to get the lighter tone that still matches the faction colour.

the dresses are team coloured rn, the issue is that most of the playable Bretonnian factions have very strong blues as their primary colour ( well actually just Couronne and Bordeleaux ), the team colour mask can be attenuated tho, so I might do it if i ever do another variant of the Damsel body I'll keep your suggestion in mind.

Yeah don't know how that one's still up in the workshop. Breaks T&C porting in assets from other games. Plus it's overly sexual and the designs stray too far from the table top models. This one is the closest to the minis so far. I do wish we could get variants with lighter coloured dress though.

Great job Wolfremio I had the same idea when I saw Ariel's model, but never got around to doing it, now I don't have to.

Ok guys it's clear ! I was hoping that both mods could exist at the same time and randomly the game could offer different types of damisels, certainly that if the model that can be used is unique, or you play with one mod or you play with the other, there is no other possibility.
At least is it possible to have more variants ?

To be fair the "old" mod is good in its own way and deserves the popularity, despite little oversight here and there. But who wouldn't love the fact that there are such people who are always like "oh this one is new so it must be better than the old one" or even "new one is great, old one is trash" without even considering the good aspects of the old one.

One model spawns on the campaign map as a skaven in T-pose and without porthole (it's the model on the right in your mod's icon, the one above "damsels" to be precise).

yes but one of the damsel variants ( the one with shorter hair ) will keep the vanilla size since it's a brand new DB entry ( most likely ) not edited by resize mods

no, like I told the other person, you'll have to choose one mod or the other, making a new hero agent is far beyond of the scope of this mod, and that other mod edits the damsel visual variant DB entries too heavily to make it compatible with any other mod that edits the same stuff

I'm using the same mod @angnig04 is using, and he is reporting conflict with this mod, hence why I was wondering if you're planning to release it as a standalone (as in, not a replacement for the damsels but rather a new hero unit as some mods do).

I probably won't touch them, I always thought they looked on point with the miniatures and artwork of them, I'll think about it, but same way I think the vanilla damsels are not true to the og concept, I think the prophetess is true enough

you'll have to choose one of the two, both mods do basically the same function and edit similar database entries, I won't be making a compatiblity patch

Thanks for the offer, but I don't plan to stray too far from the actual design, since one of my pet peeves with a lot of the damsel visual reworks out there is that they go too far from what I think Bret damsels should look like. I might do some additional variants, but I'll likely never do a specific "life damsel" or "beasts damsel" with wildly different designs from the base idea.

These are lovely models! Have you considered expanding the mod to have variations for lore of Life, Beasts and Heavens? Color changed dresses with a different accessory like a diadem or fur trim would do the trick. I would be happy to assist you in creating them.
