Make sure your game is running in DirectX 9+ (mat_dxlevel 95). Normalmaps do not display properly in DirectX 9 or lower.

It wasnt a texture issue, it was something with the "mat_specular". Apparently its something with CSS but I bought it legitimately. So idk it does not work. I don't want it to turn it to 0 because, I like the shine.

I also have CS source and CS2 installed and Enabled.

Hello, I am missing a texture in this map that was here before. It is the wall and ceiling in the supermarket section. I have CS2 and set it to legacy an it is installed. I recently got the Orange box, thinking that was the problem. I turned them off in Gmod, but no luck. Anything on this?

Right click CS2 in your steam library, click properties, then go to betas, click the drop down menu in the Beta participation, and select csgo and let CS2 update and then you will be able to mount CSGO assets in Garry's Mod for this map.

Right click CS2 in steam, click properties, go to Betas, click on the pull down button that says "None" and select csgo_legacy

What can we do now that CS;GO is delisted?

It could be an addon or a model that are creating issues.

I have really low fps for some reason(3-8fps), can't figure out what's causing it.

once I downloaded csgo (its free btw) and css files from gmodcontent and mounted them, I got playin on this map and it is a good map

I figured it out, you have to have CS:GO and CSS installed on the same hard drive as Garry's Mod, then of course mount them in the games section.

Void_spaces used to work, but it also has the same problems with textures.

No matter what I do I just can't this to work, errors and pink textures are still everywhere even with CS:GO and CSS, portal 2 and 1, all HL2s mounted, nothing works. Could a addon cause texture errors to occur or interfere with the mounting process for textures?

I wonder if the old TVs have some purpose

Maybe there is, I even started the process, but there's no way to guarantee it, at the moment I'm working on a sequel to this map.

At the moment I'm worried about finishing this new project, and at the same time finding a way to make the map stand alone, since I've seen a lot of people complaining about it.
