In Garry's mod, I got a shotgun with 100 barrels and it crashed my game because it had to render all those bullet entities.

So, another idea to your idea, it made me remember another really interesting shotgun from a DooM mod, "Wallbuster" from "Some Weird Weapons Mod". It is a 25 barell shotgun, where the barells are grouped in 5 groups of 5 (each group can rotate on it's own, the larger body rotates the groups). Once you shoot one, the group rotates to the next barell, once they run out the body rotates to next group. Also allows you to shoot all 5 of one group at once, or all 25 at once. It would be the perfect Teardown shotgun, but the modelling and programming of such thing scares me a bit. I think I want to keep this Quad Shotgun as just a Quad Shotgun, but a whole another mod with Wallbuster could be a fun thing.

Mate, i have another idea. Make (or ask someone to make) an added body on ur vox file (like in texuedo labs minigun) and rotate it by a certain amount (not high, like changing barrels) by pressing and releasing lmb. Combining with an explosion will turn this thing into monster. But lower the knockback a bit. or not. I think it can make this thing even greater. I can try to make it myself, but believe that u deserve full credit.

Add explosions at the pointlight pos. Explosion(***, 0.01) - is enough. Trust me it will boost your amazing stuff even more. Great job
