The first line says it. It lets you hear other people's sticker spam. You need to resort to other mods if you want to spam yourself

There is another mod called Paged Sticker Shortcut that i just learned about that lets me spam

If you search for Sticker Shortcut in the workshop search bar, it should pop up. It has a recent sticker bind that you could use to spam it. Slomo negates the cooldown as far as I know

i don't know how to spam the sticker, the cooldown is still there, slomo doesn't seem to be working and i don't know what you mean by stickershortcut

There are a few ways to spam. You could use the slomo command along with stickershortcut, and I think(?) that the unpatched boop patch removes the cooldown on the emote menu.
