Also, 1.5 isn't *out* yet technically but the beta version is out, and it should be easy to just mark it as compatible with 1.5 - shouldn't break anything since nothing new really touches ideoligions (in base game, Anomaly might screw with stuff)

there are a lot of cultures even today in tribes and apart of the modern world that scar themselves.
not to mention all the religions over the years that don't consider death to be a permanent thing at all. most well known being ancient Egypt
with Rimworld set in the future and access to regen not to mention all the different ways you can bring back the dead I'd think their idea of death would be very different
