Dryad shimmer form is corrupted dryad

The game already has a ghost version of pirate its the shimmer version

@TutoredSpider12 its because most only change when its a party, but some have to always be changed because they don't have party sprites.

Most NPC resprites are not working.

Few NPC's aren't working, even with this pack on top. But few ideas:
Angler should be dressed as a Goldfish instead, or at least "Pet Goldfish in a Bowl".
Balloon Furniture to also use the spooky colors.
Witch Doctor unmasked (proper Lihzahrd NPC)
The golfer is already a furry (shimmered form).

I have other ideas if you like. But yeah, a fisherman who is obsessed with fish should be a merfolk.

If you can make it to where it only changes the sprites of the characters looks only during parties that happen when the Halloween event is active i'd appreciate it.

Halloween is a state of mind and that's how the nightmare before Christmas is so cool, so as long the skeleton has a Santa hat its ok

It means they'll always have their costumes on, even outside of parties. This is unfortunately due to how their textures are handled in the files.

It's the internet, obviously making jokes is a big problem so I tend to avoid them around almost everywhere. You should do the same if you wish not to be murdered by people not knowing it a joke because one of the only ways you can indicate that is "its a joke" which putting that in the same comment sort of takes away the big funny of the joke.

I have a feeling this may or may not have inspired something in the shimmered NPCs, i.e. they furrified Golfman and killed the Pirate
