Is there a terrain requirement for Maple Farms? Will they appear in snow, desert, jungle? Also, will they appear on custom-made maps?

Looks like an interesting mod. You have my attention! But the UU looks a bit OP. Compare to the Tercio. 50% extra movement with no increase in strength over Musketman would be amazing, and perhaps appropriate given the lore of Ethan Allen. And a 3-movement melee fighter would be a fun change of pace, but 30 combat strength together with the other abilities is just too much imho. I suggest you keep the movement and either dial back the strength or add in some penalty, perhaps combat penalty in enemy territory or in deserts, or cannot disembark. Something.

i like this mod, but i wish that the civilization bonuses synergized better with each other. like the decrease in unhappiness encourages you to play in a tall high population way, but finishing construction in low populated cities upon adopting a social policy encourages you to play in a wide way with low population. also it's unclear on what exactly is "low population". other than these things, i really liked the mod.
