I’m currently away from my computer and unfortunately will not be able to fix this issue for the next month or two. Sorry about the inconvenience!!!
Zephyr 3 Jul @ 2:48am
as soon as I spawn in this submarine TELLI just lags and is in a loop of eternal docking and undocking with the main ship which leads to lags. Playing through with this is simply impossible.
DragonWolf569  [author] 21 Apr @ 8:43pm
I have a very small predefined tag/AI update for the sub thats "ready" to go.
I have plans to redo a bunch of the subs decorations as well as the wiring and a few other bits that are lacking compared to my newer(better) subs, but itll take some time for that to be finished.
Archon 21 Apr @ 6:21pm
Really cool to see you're making updates. Thoroughly enjoyed this one a while ago!
Æ Æ 19 Apr @ 6:11am
Would be nice if you removed toxic vent on a stern of Telli
DragonWolf569  [author] 18 Apr @ 8:13pm
Currently working on an update for this sub, aswell as a few other changes for my other subs.
I dont have a time frame on when they are gonna be done unfortunately.
But work is being done, just slowly:steamfacepalm:
Novimo 18 Apr @ 5:13pm
Updated version of this sub would be sick
JamesDreemurr 20 Mar, 2024 @ 11:47pm
it seems to struggle to dock on small stations from the Dynamic Europa tiles can't really understand why, I had multiple issues with other subs though like Unoculus so it is mostly the map's fault anyways
DragonWolf569  [author] 19 Oct, 2023 @ 4:15pm
With the new Treacherous Tides update, im gonna be updating this sub......as there is most likely some new bugs
Æ Æ 9 Apr, 2023 @ 5:17am
Telli is awesome, probably best starter i've ever seen. But maybe little too fast.
DragonWolf569  [author] 8 Apr, 2023 @ 3:59pm
I forgot to mention but i changed the Telli a little bit... it no longer produces a crap load of oxygen and now has tags on the containers for the bots to use
DragonWolf569  [author] 8 Apr, 2023 @ 3:31pm
@pyrokid
thanks for finding these issues!
The artifact containment room is now labelled correctly and linked, the "back wall e" is now "facing" the right direction. The motion detector was a part of a component system i had removed earlier... its now gone. and finally the linked hulls between engineering are now unlinked!
Royal 8 Apr, 2023 @ 3:21pm
Ah i do have mods on, i'm unsure what would conflict with it though. I'll have to do some testing
DragonWolf569  [author] 8 Apr, 2023 @ 2:24pm
@Royal Dreams
I just did a few campaign test runs and I didnt encounter that issue.... do you by chance have some mods on that save, has Im not sure why the docking wouldnt be working for you in vanilla
Royal 8 Apr, 2023 @ 3:31am
We started off the campaign with the Telli MKIII. And we couldn't dock to the station with it. Even when pressing 'toggle docking'
pyr0kid 1 Apr, 2023 @ 8:33pm
got some more observations/nitpicks for ya:

the 3 artifact containment hulls in the top left are mislabeled and not linked.

you got a random motion detector on the bridge not hooked up to anything.

one of the 'back wall e' between engineering and gunnery looks like its supposed to be X mirrored.

also, is it intended that the hulls that make up the engineering area are linked despite being on separate decks?
pyr0kid 27 Mar, 2023 @ 3:09pm
hey, my buddy suggested i start a campaign using just telli (not lexi), and i noticed something odd while testing it.

if im doing my math right your telli gunship has enough o2 for 57 people (19 per vent). if it catches on fire its probably going to burn forever.

(for reference the main sub seems to be at 2.75 people per air vent, assuming this works how i think)

(btw, said friend likes your subs)
pyr0kid 27 Mar, 2023 @ 7:59am
👍
DragonWolf569  [author] 26 Mar, 2023 @ 11:01pm
No worries on the amount of pings! people commenting is how I find most of the issues that i miss in my own testing.... im only one person, and have missed mistakes before and most likely will again

1. The the secure cabinet was supposed to be captain only.....I dont remember why it wasnt in the first place(It most likely slipped my mind while I was putting tags) and thus is now fixed, only the captain has access now

2.some more testing for whats going on with the ballasts is required before I can say whats going on with them, at the same time im also working on fixing a pathing issue.

3.and finally the Telli was made "all" access for ease of use... meaning anybody can take it, and use it without being hindered. I debated for a while on if thats for the best, and Ive finally made up my mind and its not for the best, I want cooperation to be needed for the whole sub to function well, Telli included.

I will release an update for these "fixes" soon
pyr0kid 26 Mar, 2023 @ 9:13pm
oh uh, while im bugging you (sorry bout all the pings), and idk if this would cause some weird issues with id cards from lexi, but are the tox cabs on telli ment to be set so anyone can open them?
pyr0kid 26 Mar, 2023 @ 8:06pm
also, theres something odd with the ballasts.

tanks A/B have a flickering water level (status mon and in person), and tank C doesnt go past 72% on the status mon even when it is full.

not sure about C but A/B are probably just vanilla jank.
pyr0kid 26 Mar, 2023 @ 7:31pm
yo, think i found a slipup.

is it intended that the secure box under helm isnt locked? by location i would assume it to be a captain only box.
DragonWolf569  [author] 22 Mar, 2023 @ 6:21pm
I noticed the pathing issue while I was working on the latest update for the sub and couldn't figure out a fix either..... I'm honestly stumped on why the ai isn't working!
More work is needed to get that working, and I'm hopeful to fix it soon

and yes, the naming was intended... as there is a door between the two rooms even though they are basically the same room
pyr0kid 22 Mar, 2023 @ 5:20pm
hey question, is it intended that the hulls at the secondary engine area hulls are labeled "Secondary Engine Room" and "Second Engine Access"?

im not complaining, just thought it seemed a bit odd that the phrasing isnt consistent between the two.

also, bots seem to have trouble pathing to the reactor for the whole 'ill power up the reactor' thing.

frankly i have no idea what exactly is wrong with it, because as far as i can tell it *should* be working, so i dont know if this is a realistically fixable problem or a vanilla sorta issue.

o7 have a good day mate.
DragonWolf569  [author] 20 Mar, 2023 @ 8:35pm
Ive just released an update, hopefully fixing the issues!

1. I fixed the draining issue in the extra engine room!

2. I removed the auto off circuit in the Telli(shuttle) but I dont think that just removing the extra auto off circuit on the shuttle will fix the constant alarm as I need to keep the wifi component connected.

3. and lastly I was taking the meltdown_warning pin and using it to have an auto shut off circuit onboard the Telli, and another wifi component to let the main sub(lexi) know if the Telli is in, meltdown!
Target Practice 19 Mar, 2023 @ 5:37pm
The issue Gnome Truther describes is caused by an apparent bug with HR where the meltdown alarm activates when any signal is received through the meltdown_warning pin (out of interest, why are you sending a signal to this connection?).

There is also a problem with the small engine room wherein water cannot drain fully.
DragonWolf569  [author] 18 Mar, 2023 @ 3:58pm
Ill take a look at the shuttle components, and see if i can fix it!
thanks for letting me know
King Zog 18 Mar, 2023 @ 1:35pm
For some reason when i have Hazardous Reactors the shuttle alarm is blaring 24/7 and only stops if it has no fuel
BioRadical 2 Jan, 2023 @ 11:25am
Man this is a pretty good sub. AI seems to work alright with it too. Thanks man!
Orphan of Star 24 Dec, 2022 @ 3:27am
Sorry for inconvenience, the problem was on my side. One of the mods that im using causing this problem, but which exactly, i've got no idea. On fully vanilla this sub performs very well!
DragonWolf569  [author] 22 Dec, 2022 @ 4:28pm
Ive been able to do some testing of the lexi in the editor and in the campaign, and unfortunately i wasnt able to reproduce the "docking/undocking state" you had described, is there any other info on how I may be able to reproduce this error : e.i- was it in a muliplayer(laggy) lobby, what was going on when it started? any info like may be helpful

Like i said was wasnt able to actually cause this error so im unsure how to help and fix it for you!
Orphan of Star 17 Dec, 2022 @ 3:06pm
No worries! Take your time, quality on the first place!
DragonWolf569  [author] 17 Dec, 2022 @ 2:21pm
Thanks for letting me know it’s broken, I’m quite busy during the Christmas season, but will fix this asap!
Sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time
Orphan of Star 14 Dec, 2022 @ 11:39am
Great sub overall, really love it! But for now, unfortunately, broken. The main reason is that Lexi and Telli always in a state of docking/undocking. I tried to fix that in a game (not redactor), but to no avail. My guess is that hatches of both sub and shuttle have too much space between eachother, which triggers this error.
Desert Punk 24 Nov, 2022 @ 2:39am
wow, DragonWolf subs aren't just good shipbuilding, they're straight-up art
pyr0kid 13 Sep, 2022 @ 12:20pm
iirc part of it should be that bots cant handle buttons separate from doors very well, i know husks atleast tend to just mash any buttons they see in airlocks
Darkside99x 13 Sep, 2022 @ 12:47am
Much appreciated, I was damn near pulling my hair out last night babysitting them lol. Found an assistant dead in the fore ballast tank from suffocation.
DragonWolf569  [author] 12 Sep, 2022 @ 5:35pm
I will definitely be looking into fixing that, so that the bots have no troubles
Darkside99x 12 Sep, 2022 @ 2:09pm
Wonderful looking sub but that ballast doors system is just death to bots.
DragonWolf569  [author] 28 Aug, 2022 @ 4:20pm
It is intended to have no controllable searchlights, and for the gun lights to be somewhat lacking!
The lexi is meant for a large crew that needs to work together!
Archon 26 Aug, 2022 @ 6:56am
The Lexi is an experience to even traverse - which is awesome. A lot of attention to detail.
One question: is it intended that there is very little spotlight capacity? The search lights on the outside of the ship don't seem to be strong/active or controllable, and the gunlights are pretty weak as well.
DragonWolf569  [author] 24 Aug, 2022 @ 4:23pm
I just updated the lexi with a fix for that!
you should be able to go up the stairs without walking through them
pyr0kid 22 Aug, 2022 @ 4:08am
got another issue for you, but this one is both minor and im not actually sure if its a design or a code problem.

on the catwalk above the reactor if you dont hold W you just kinda slide down and clip through the platform
DragonWolf569  [author] 1 Aug, 2022 @ 10:41pm
I just updated the sub with the fix for the Telli and a few changes to the way the nav terminals look on both the Lexi and the Telli
DragonWolf569  [author] 25 Jul, 2022 @ 4:21pm
I will fix that as soon as I can!
pyr0kid 25 Jul, 2022 @ 12:46pm
additionally, while the bottom hatch does also have this issue that one works far better then the top hatch at present.
pyr0kid 25 Jul, 2022 @ 12:39pm
got a small problem with the telli, simply put the top hatch is a pain in the ass to use because all my clicks keep hitting the docking port rather then the door.

dunno if this would stop the port from actually docking but setting it to be invisible/non-intractable seems to fix it fine.
SHERMAN 18 Jul, 2022 @ 10:28am
P.S.:It could be so dumb if I just realise that I've forgot to download new version of sub properly
SHERMAN 18 Jul, 2022 @ 10:07am
It's still bugged, not sure if I've updated sub version properly, but it still not fixed, I'll try to help you looking for an error.
DragonWolf569  [author] 14 Jul, 2022 @ 1:53pm
I just fully removed any excess wiring with the "Position" wires for every gun, so hopefully that rids the sub of any bugs with the guns!
