please update this, a lot of the portraits no longer work due to paradox updating stuff and the newly added nations are missing them as well

@叫我fancio from just a first glance, it seems that most of the content added/modified since the last update have issues.
The first and most obvious is Hitler. Then here's a lot of new leaders for a lot of countries, like Germany, Italy, Ethiopia, Autsria, Hungary, Greece, Belgium, Norway, Finland, Brazil, Argentina, Iceland...
And these are only the most noticeble broken countries, who knows how much more there is...

Thank you, right now i'm not that invested into hoi4 as i was back when i made this, but i'm sure some time in the future i will work on AI generated touhou characters as a replacement for generic portraits
