@Noonga Well, it depends on many things. Most people try to make universal designs without any purpose. Anyway the best thing before you build anything try it first in creative. Modify it for your needs and then build it in survival. And if you have troubles with modifying than you can always ask for help so that somebody (or even me) tuned the bp for you.

I think the Upgrades info title mislead me, doesn't matter, I liked this design, you are right its clear in Features what it only has. You understand me tho? people always add in everything possible when it is not needed.

@Noonga Becouse I wanted it that way. This bp doesn't have any of those though. It has SPACE for said modules.

So stop confusing other people and think twice before writing anything.

Why do people always over extend blueprints, like adding a detector or a shield generator, hell you even added a pentadix tank, this just makes it harder to construct, and a waste of time becaus you have to customise the build to try get those USELESS extensions out.
