(am not sure if it allows the confirm or continue button to be clicked on unless a card is selected but if the button could be able to be clicked on to skip the fetching, i think that would allow games to not get stuck)

hi i got stuck playing a fetch card which brought up a screen to select a card to fetch, but it got stuck on that window popup as there were no card in the discard pile to fetch from.

is this feature where my shops and rewards have been "absorbed" :) or did something happen?
(the only thing i can remember happening was a crash when i beat a boss after about 50 floors, and the game crashed/hung, so i quit and continued, but my character gfx was an absorber, and all through to current floor 100 so far, 99% of the cards i can get, are from this mod :) its still fun to play but was just wondering. thanks.

hi i like the asorber card ive seen so far, but can i check if the following is an intended feature? (or maybe something happened with the mods or relics i got?)

usually i add a bunch of mods and then pick a main character to play as (with most focus on their cards and relics) but also to have the ability or chance at getting cards or relics from other mods too :)

but when i played with the recent Rikku mod, in endless mode (after beating a special elite on the map), and i think after around 50 floors, almost all of the cards that appear in shops or reward options, are only from the Absorber mod :)

for people who play with alternate acts the absorber isn't very fun because his monster cards default to a false syringe when you kill something that isn't a base-game mob. Maybe change that to a random selection of cards depending on the act you're in?

I am going to push a patch this weekend with hopefully some keywords/descriptions fixed, along with a new relic that explains the extra card given if non-fatal

I love the idea of getting cards from enemies you hit. It's a good mod. If you added more descriptions and screenshot, maybe you could attract more people to play the mod.

Some descriptions and keywords need to be refined. Like:
* Inconsistent value of "Protected" keyword (33%) and power description (25%).
* On some cards, "Protected" is not parsed as a keyword.
* Getting cards during combat is not in description of "The living daggar". I always wait for a Fatal attack and it suprises me when I didn't kill a monster accidently.

starter relic is looking for changes, the original concept fell through and is going to be reworked. I was looking into relics being rewards, maybe build relic rewards given for bosses. Thanks for the feedback

The core concept has potential. I also like how the keyword "false" facilitates getting kills with your dagger while helping in the early game where your starter relic does nothing.

Apropos though, the upgrade I got by killing the act 2 boss didn't actually apply. Either way, you prolly wanna try tying that bonus to the character itself in some way, make the dagger itself a little more reliable with retain or something, and then show a short tutorial on your first run as to how the dagger actually works so the card text itself can be vague, maybe including a keyword as a reminder.

I would also consider changing some absorbed rewards to small-time relics or separate card rewards a la prayer wheel.
