On each of your posts I list a series of bugs, but many (all?) of them appear to be VISUAL bugs on the cards themselves and not reflective of the actual abilities. For example, Scroll of Recall works just fine.
Here's the list for what I've discovered for Three Spears.

Scroll of Recall only lists 1 item and not 3.
Portable Ballista still has an attack of 4 instead of 3.
Fortified Position top didn't get the heal buffed, still 2 instead of your 'raised' amount.

Also after playing with it for a few dozen hours, I take back my prior criticisms - things are just fine here.

This is the only mod of yours that I think goes a step too far, Losing two refresh perks is such an integral part of the class identity, feels like there has to be other ways to address balance in the cards themselves without gutting the perk component too.
