Hi Roy, just tested and the solar is working. was giving 16.4Kw in my test.
you have spawned this in on a planet right?...if you have spawned this in space the solar wont work due to their position. use the Orbital version for this

Finally got this base going but seems like the solar is not working. Is having the solar under the glass floor a issue? I'm In Reforged Eden.

Beautiful work, you should definitely release the space one, we have a shortage of those, most space bases have too few CCs.

Update: Changed the internal textures and lighting to create a brighter environment, it was just too dark at night in there!. @ El Perez i could have added more i got bored haha :)
