you can disable it with cl_usesounds_use_valid 0 in the console

Well, I must say, I am VERY impressed by this addon, now that I've actually tried it out; if you ask me the classic Valve Use key sounds were one of the things missing from Gmod. Hope at some point you can fix the bug with the correct sound not playing for doors & buttons (vehicles too). Great job!
