Actually, just checked. This demo is so old, the gun has been removed or deleted from the workshop. Sorry. :(

This is an old demo, search with caps The Best Admin Gun Ever. Make sure you view with all time.

where do i find the gun download?

Go to Single Player. Load a new world (MAKE SURE YOU'RE IN SANDBOX MODE). Hit Q. Click the arrow at the top-right corner. Click Weapons. Click 2Bit. You should see the gun there, otherwise check your downloads.
