游戏特性，shoot和shoot_layer，两个动画速度不同。所以就有没有拉完栓就可以开枪的情况

凯妈你可以把拉栓的动作加快一些吗？这射速跟拉栓动作有些不同步，按的很快的情况下枪栓拉到底就能开下一枪了
