In my frog foot I have a laser on the nose. That helps me to get a good alignment. The radar comes on when the missile launches. So if the target is not within view when launched the missile will not see the target. This could perhaps be fixed by having the radar sweep but that would take a bunch of testing.

I was targeting helicopters mostly, yeah. I think it would be most useful if the radar lock sound was louder and the plane more stable and controllable to get a clean launch. Perhaps a feature on the HUD to visualize what target is being locked atm.

Have you been shooting at helicopters or planes?. Have hypothesis that the rotor blades are throwing off radar signatures. I would have to test it out. When I have built helicopters with radars on top of the rotor blades I have been getting a circle of radar signatures. The missile seemed to be hitting planes quite well and ground targets. The helicopters often have issues with this missile. My thought is that if the rotor blades are giving off their own radar signatures that the missile cannot keep up with the spinning rotor. But I'm not certain that's the cause. I have noted though that if I go and shoot the missile from underneath the helicopter it's getting more successful hits. Thanks for the feedback. I'm hoping to do some more testing and refining this weekend.

Been trying them out on the KJ wildcat and couldn't score hits on any of the AI air targets.

@Miguel Sanchez it probably doesn't have pro nav so it cant hit moving targets easily

As of today this missile appears not to be working. Veering off the target when it gets close.

great compact design, but could you please make version with only one warhead and two more rocket fuel parts instead? the two warheads are kinda pointless because the warhead only damages 10x10x10 cube around the explosion, if you put two in the same spot the explosions "overlap".

You should set the hardpoint type to "Radar guided missile" but nice missile

question about 800m is that the radar range or the range of the missile?
