I forgot how badly incomplete this map was. Tons of terrain and buildings obviously missing. No updates after 3 years.

The screenshots do not show what is actually in this map file. They're fake, or from a different version of the map which isn't broken.

Bummer.

This map is overrated here. It has no elevation, it's a messy satellite image, brushes are placed and copy pasted halfheartedly over the entire thing. While size isn't a defining factor for quality, it's not even that big. I'd rate this map 2 stars, very low 3 stars at best. There was also some floating objects besides having loaded all dependencies.

I am not saying the opposite in relation to the humidity of the map, but I also said that the buildings are not the right ones, it would take unique personalized buildings that would make the map attractive and credible, it looks too much like a mixture of russian / altis ... ambience is one of the most important things for the player to feel about their environment (like any human being). And that's why I think JBAD is the closest to what we see on the IRL island (outside the industrial zones and big city where you will not have the choice you will need custom buildings) .

Abu Musa humidity is above 50%. It is not like Iraq or Afghanistan. If I decided to make a terrain in central parts of Iran (Yazd, ...) I will use only middle eastern structures.
Level design: I will try to make this island more realistic.

It looks perfectly fine for a middle eastern map. Why would JBAD be required? CUP Terrains Core is already a dependency and has everything JBAD has and more.

And the map is WIP, things will be improved.

I mean configuration, AI and optimization, same level level design we have to be able to do a level shit otherwise your map will be limited in scenario
