The water and electricity consumption is insanely high, don't bother downloading this asset unless you will edit it yourself.

Do you have plans to correct the consumption of water and electricity? It's a great asset, but with those stats it's impossible to use... =/

Great asset, but the values for water and electricity usage are way too high (8 times vanilla despite having 1/8 the number of cars). I would recommend the fix you applied to the jp clinic to this.
