Ah that's strange, I compared the two. It definitely looks like 3 merged lamps!! Have a look yourself, I swear!

Regardless, happy with the functionality of the mod mate. Nice work :)

I copied the reverse lights on the lowboy directly from reverse lights on an SCS truck.

Ok sorry it took so long, had just started a long day haul. Mate those lights are great, certainly illuminate those areas where its a struggle to see the white lines for dropping off.

The only critique I have, and its a very minimal one, is aesthetically it looks like a merger of 3 headlight with their corners intersecting in the middle. I'm not sure if this was on purpose to replicate a light guard or something but it looks a bit poor to me.

Having said that, I'll still be using the mod as it does exactly what I was after. So, thanks for spending your free time to create it. :trophy:

modify your trailer's bumper

it so happens I've already added reverse lights to the lowboy where appropriate
(no spreader attached).

Try this mod:

Man that's very gracious of you. I'm using the lowboy at the moment. Only one I have as trying to play without loans! If you end up creating one I'd be happy to try it out and give feedback

ATS trailers typically don't have reversing lights (I don't know why). Adding them would be a trailer-by-trailer effort (aka PIA). I'm willing to try it on one trailer if you will test it for me; which trailer would you like?

Is there a mod for trailer lights? Most of the drop offs feeling like im reversing into a blackhole....
Eddie Yantz  [autor] 6 AGO 2022 a las 12:26 a. m.

Is this mod compatible with version 1.45?
It looks very dark in 1.45. I have the loading order at the top level.

@Eddie Yantz Will you release ETS2 version of this mod?
Eddie Yantz  [autor] 11 OCT 2021 a las 7:32 a. m.
I have found no documentation on SCS' new lighting system.
Eddie Yantz  [autor] 11 OCT 2021 a las 7:31 a. m.
I always drive from the driver's position, and I don't use Photo Studio, so I haven't spent time investigating the difference between inside and outside the cab.

I have noticed that every trucks head_light files contain a unique series of lines.

Example from T680:
reflectors_offset: (0.000000, 0.950303, -3.92231)
reflectors_distance: 2.2

Example from VNL
reflectors_offset: (0.000000, 1.08593, -3.83535)
reflectors_distance: 2.024

I don't know what exact effect these lines have; my headlight mods don't change them.

So nothing you know like altering angles would assist. I don't know anything about the light reflextion and so forth, have been trying to find something to spell it out for me but nothing yet. Thanks
Eddie Yantz  [autor] 10 OCT 2021 a las 8:17 a. m.
yes, I have noticed. It's an SCS/gaming thing.
richt05tv 10 OCT 2021 a las 1:39 a. m.
Question wonder if you have noticed, as you are working on lights. I seem to notice in the cab looking out light showing out the right side for headlights is not the same as the left. If you go outside the truck looking forward you have a clear lighted up left and right. Are you seeing this or is it just me.
Karas 7 OCT 2021 a las 7:56 p. m.
Thank you very much! Hope ETS2 version is coming soon too
