is there a way to check the upkeep of an enemy army?

the mod works fine for me, even on a campaign that was already started.

however, are we reeealy sure it is Player Only? asking, because on turn 8 of my Salamis campaign everyone has several thousand food, some have 7-9k. :lunar2019deadpanpig:

it is not player only. I was going to control myself with this mod on, but with AI having it, thers no other option but to abuse it.
