I wish they were craft-able. Kenshi has quite a lot of tech even in vanilla considering robotics parts, limbs, cpu units, and AI cores, so mass producing some kevlar vests of good quality shouldn't be an issue imo.

Because someone may not like some particular part of the armor (I know from myself), so I load the armor separately
