I've no idea, I have not had that issue, and don't know which mod/lack of content it may be.

I'm having issues getting everything to work. I got all the mods and used your save to load the load order; however, after I create my Ideology and click the next button nothing happens. I can click back and change the preceps of the ideology just can't click next. Would you happen to know what mod might be causing this? I spent most of my night trying to get it to work with no prevail.
